Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is seeking Applied AI Engineers to build end-to-end AI applications for public sector clients around the world, including work in Doha, Qatar.

You will contribute to datasets, evaluations, and fine-tuning of advanced models for real-world use cases with global reach. We value a strong engineering background, 2+ years applying AI/ML in production, and experience with cloud ML tools like AWS, GCP, and Azure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• 2+ years of AI/ML in production environments.
• Experience deploying deep learning solutions.
• Familiar with cloud ML platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with public sector clients to define AI-driven solutions.
• Build and deploy end-to-end AI applications into production.
• Collaborate with data annotation teams to create training datasets.
• Design and maintain evaluation frameworks for model reliability.
• Engage with customers, including travel (~2 weeks/quarter).
• Help scale AI capabilities through knowledge sharing.
