Job summary

IOM - UN Migration is seeking a procurement and logistics professional to support the CAS office in Doha, Qatar. The role covers procurement actions, asset control, warehousing, transport, and contract administration in a dynamic IOM environment.

You will coordinate with the Supply Chain Unit, ensure compliance with IOM policies, and produce reports for HQs and MAC. Prior experience in international logistics and asset management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with four years of relevant experience; or six years with high school.
• Experience in international procurement and logistics.
• Experience in high-risk security settings.
• Experience working on complex projects with deadlines.
• Knowledge of asset management processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in procurement, asset control, warehousing, transport and contractual agreements.
• Provide guidance on logistics policies, rules and procedures.
• Prepare reports and briefings for HQs and MAC as required.
• Identify service providers, evaluate vendors and maintain supplier databases.
• Oversee bidding, purchases, PO approvals and delivery status.
• Maintain asset inventories and supervise warehouse inventories.
