DHL Global Forwarding is seeking a Sales Specialist in Doha, Qatar to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships. You will develop field sales plans, forecast performance, and deliver compelling bids, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, retention, and expansion of DHL solutions, while leveraging your Qatar market experience to maximize opportunities and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Develop and administer field sales plans and processes.
• Deliver sales objectives and revenue growth for defined regions.
• Secure new business and build on existing core business.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve problems, and promote products/services.
• Identify and contact prospective customers and build relationships.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver sales bids, presentations, proposals and conduct product demonstrations.
• Follow up prospects and close business by linking customer needs with DHL solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, service management).
• Support customer retention by staying in touch and offering additional services.
• Identify problems and adapt methods to improve service and results.
