Job summary

Expeditors International, a Fortune 500 logistics provider in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a District Sales Operations professional to support Business Development across the district. You will coordinate sales activities, assist with reporting, and support events and marketing initiatives, working closely with Regional and GEO Sales Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support weekly district sales meetings and manage sales leads.
• Coordinate sales training, visitors, and sales team meetings.
• Prepare regular sales reporting and ensure data integrity.
• Serve as a local resource for Sales Enablement tools.
• Coordinate bid responses with content, formatting, deadlines, and accuracy.
• Support local marketing needs, branding guidelines, campaigns, and regional newsletters.
• Participate in training and development activities to strengthen Sales Operations knowledge.
• Collaborate with Regional and GEO Sales Operations teams.
