Job summary

SHA Wellness Clinic is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead the development and expansion of the GCC market for SHA, driving high-value revenue across our destinations in Spain, Mexico and beyond. This role requires a commercially astute, entrepreneurial sales leader with deep Gulf market expertise.

Based in a hybrid setup (Dubai or Madrid preferred), you will build strong networks with luxury travel partners, private client advisors and B2B channels, translating market insights into scalable

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, or high-end lifestyle sales with strong GCC focus.
• Proven track record developing and scaling Gulf markets for international luxury properties.
• Demonstrated success in outbound sales and independently generating high-value opportunities.
• Established network with luxury travel agencies, concierge companies, or UHNW client circles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development of the GCC market, driving high-value revenue across SHA's destinations.
• Identify, target and convert new business opportunities through a proactive outbound sales approach.
• Build and manage relationships with luxury travel agencies, concierge networks and private client advisors.
• Drive both B2B partnerships and direct-to-consumer sales to ensure diversified, scalable growth.
• Represent SHA as a brand ambassador at key industry events and high-level networking environments.
• Provide market intelligence on trends, competitor activity and client behavior to inform commercial strategy.
• Collaborate with global Marketing, PR and Operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless client journey.
