Job summary

KPMG LLC in Doha is seeking a Business Analyst for FX & Commodity Hedging Solutions on a 5-year fixed-term contract to analyze opportunities, client demand and product utilization across Qatar and international markets.

You will gather business requirements, support hedging product development, map operating models, and help optimize trading platforms. Strong analytical and communication skills with experience in treasury, global markets or derivatives are essential.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Treasury, Global Markets, Business Analysis, Product Management or Banking Transformation.
• Experience supporting FX, Commodity, Treasury or Derivatives initiatives preferred.
• Exposure to trading platforms and capital markets products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market opportunities, client demand, and product utilization trends.
• Support business cases for new hedging products and platform enhancements.
• Assess competitive positioning and market gaps.
• Gather and document business requirements for hedging products and platform enhancements.
• Support implementation of new FX and Commodity Hedging capabilities.
• Assist in defining target operating models and client journeys.
• Support integration and enhancement of trading and treasury platforms.
• Map and optimize front-to-back hedging processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and digitization.
• Coordinate with Global Markets, Treasury, Risk Operations, Technology and Coverage teams.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• Support delivery of transformation and capability enhancement initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to monitor product adoption, revenue growth, and client penetration.

Experience & Profile

Experience

• 7 ndash 10 years of experience in Treasury Global Markets Business Analysis Product Management or Banking Transformation
• Experience supporting FX Commodity Treasury or Derivatives-related initiatives preferred
• Exposure to trading platforms and capital markets products is advantageous

Profile

• Strong understanding of FX Commodity and Derivative products
• Knowledge of hedging lifecycle trading processes and treasury operations
• Experience in business requirements gathering process mapping and product implementation
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work across multiple markets and business functions
• Strong communication and presentation capabilities
• Based in Qatar Fluency in Arabic and English preferred
