Job summary

Doha Golf Club seeks a Front-of-House Manager to lead day-to-day front office operations and deliver exceptional member and guest experiences. You will be the first contact for visitors, blending hospitality, sales, administration and team leadership to reflect premium standards.

Focus on driving membership growth, promoting facilities, converting visitors, supporting events and running the Front Office as aMember Experience & Sales Centre, not a traditional reception.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism or related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years’ experience in hospitality, luxury hotels, golf clubs or premium customer service.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience in membership sales or CRM is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the front office team.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
• Maintain reception standards and procedures.
• Coordinate with Golf Operations, F&B, Events, Academy and Membership teams.
• Prepare operational reports.
• Support membership growth and CRM initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional member and guest experience.
