Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of progressive F&B leadership within luxury hospitality.
• Hands-on Forbes Five-Star property experience is required.
• Proven multi-outlet leadership across fine dining, casual venues, bars, banquets, and in-room dining.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across all F&B outlets, setting direction for service excellence and revenue growth.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction across all F&B areas.
• Lead, develop, and inspire senior F&B leaders and their teams to foster a high-performance culture.
• Develop and manage the annual F&B budget, forecasts, and P&L to achieve financial targets.
• Oversee menu development, promotions, and programming with the culinary team.
• Ensure Forbes Five-Star service standards are consistently met across outlets.
• Build strong relationships with ownership, guests, and stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Management, and Marketing to drive commercial performance.
