Job summary

DC Global Talent Inc. is seeking a Director of Food and Beverage for a luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar. The role sits on the Executive Committee and leads strategic direction, guest experience, and financial performance across all F&B outlets.

The ideal candidate has Forbes Five-Star property experience, multi-outlet leadership, and a proven track record in revenue growth, budget management, and high-end service standards in the Middle East.

Qualifications

Seasoned leader in luxury F&B with multi-outlet oversight.
Strong P&L, budgeting and revenue strategy experience.
Forbes Five-Star property experience required.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership across all F&B outlets.
Drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction across outlets.
Lead senior F&B leaders and develop teams to high performance.
Develop and manage the annual F&B budget, forecasts, and P&L.
Oversee menu development, promotions, and programming with culinary team.
Ensure Forbes Five-Star service standards across all outlets.
Build relationships with ownership, guests, and key stakeholders.
Partner with Sales, Revenue Management, and Marketing to drive commercial performance.
