Job summary

Client of DC Global Talent Inc. seeks an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage for a luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar. You will support the Director of F&B across all outlets, ensuring Forbes Five-Star service standards and driving guest satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on Forbes Five-Star property experience, a proven multi-outlet background, and strong commercial acumen in budgeting, revenue strategy, and P&L oversight. Leadership and guest relations are essential as you mentor outlet managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of progressive F&B leadership experience within luxury hospitality.
• Hands-on Forbes Five-Star property experience is required.
• Proven multi-outlet experience across fine dining, casual venues, bars, banquets, and in-room dining.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in budget management, revenue strategy, and P&L oversight.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and guest relations skills.
• Experience in the Middle East is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of F&B in overseeing all food and beverage operations across fine dining, casual venues, bars, banquets, and in-room dining.
• Ensure consistent Forbes Five-Star service standards are upheld across all outlets and functions.
• Lead, develop, and inspire outlet managers and their teams, building a high-performance F&B culture.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction across all areas of the F&B division.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management to achieve financial targets.
• Oversee menu development, promotions, and outlet programming in collaboration with the culinary team.
• Step into the Director of F&B role and take full operational ownership during absences.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management to support commercial performance.
