The F amp B Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the assigned food and beverage outlets ensuring exceptional guest experiences efficient service delivery and adherence to the resort's quality and service standards The role involves supervising and developing team members maintaining operational efficiency and creating memorable dining experiences aligned with the Our Habitas brand philosophy

Guest Experience amp Service Excellence

• Ensure consistently high standards of food and beverage service across assigned outlets
• Welcome and engage with guests anticipating their needs and personalizing their dining experiences
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally ensuring timely resolution
• Maintain a warm welcoming and engaging atmosphere reflective of the Our Habitas culture
• Monitor guest satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery

Daily Operations

• Supervise daily restaurant and beverage operations ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily priorities promotions and operational updates
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed
• Monitor outlet cleanliness table setups equipment and overall presentation
• Coordinate with Culinary Stewarding Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene and health and safety standards

Team Supervision amp Development

• Supervise motivate and support F amp B associates to achieve service excellence
• Assist with preparing duty rosters monitoring attendance and managing daily manpower requirements
• Provide on-the-job training coaching and regular feedback to team members
• Support the onboarding and development of new associates
• Promote teamwork accountability and a positive working environment
• Address performance concerns and elevate matters to management when necessary

Financial amp Commercial Responsibilities

• Support the achievement of outlet revenue targets through effective upselling and suggestive selling
• Monitor operating expenses and minimize unnecessary costs and wastage
• Ensure accurate billing payment processing and proper handling of cash and POS transactions
• Assist with stock control inventory checks and requisitions
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency

Brand Standards amp Compliance

• Ensure compliance with resort policies standard operating procedures and service standards
• Maintain high standards of personal grooming hygiene and professional conduct
• Ensure proper handling storage and service of food and beverages
• Report maintenance issues safety hazards and operational concerns promptly
• Support sustainability initiatives and responsible resource management
