You will drive performance, coordinate resources, ensure regulatory alignment, and maintain service delivery while collaborating with internal teams, contractors, clients, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG operations and project delivery.
• Strong understanding of process improvement and regulatory alignment.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project delivery within FMCG to ensure efficient execution and service quality.
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, and contractors to meet timelines.
• Liaise with internal teams, consultants, suppliers, clients and operations staff for alignment."
• Ensure compliance with policies, contractual obligations and regulatory standards.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, service levels and quality benchmarks; drive improvements.
• Prepare reports, records, progress updates, cost analyses for decision-making and audit readiness.
• Support efficient use of resources to reduce waste and optimize costs.
• Identify risks, delays and performance issues and implement mitigation actions.
• Support QA/QC procedures to meet client expectations.
• Contribute to process enhancements and digital initiatives for operational excellence.
