Job summary

Qureos in Qatar is seeking a highly experienced Facility Engineer to oversee the maintenance and operation of our facilities. You will apply your MEP expertise, manage preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations to keep sites running efficiently.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, a valid UPDA Certification, and at least 5 years of relevant FM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Valid UPDA Certification
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience in Facility Management (FM) is required
• Strong MEP background
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair work
• Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Create and maintain records and reports for facility activities
• Manage and monitor the budget for facility maintenance and operations
• Provide leadership to the facility maintenance team
• Communicate with management and stakeholders
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of facilities
