Our busy floral business in Doha is seeking an experienced and talented Florist Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the floral industry, with a strong understanding of flower varieties, arrangements, and customer service. As a Florist Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our floral department, including managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, training and supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality products and services are provided to our customers. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month and visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required.
