Job summary

Snoonu in Qatar is seeking a Category Executive – Flower to grow the Flower category by expanding the product range, strengthening supplier partnerships, and delivering a compelling customer experience.

You will monitor stock, analyze trends, work with Marketing on campaigns, and collaborate with Operations and Logistics to ensure timely delivery and strong pricing. The role requires 2+ years in category management and a degree in Business or Marketing.

• 2+ years of experience in category management, retail, e-commerce, or a related role (flower industry a plus).

The Category Executive – Flower is responsible for managing the Flower category by driving category growth, strengthening supplier relationships, optimizing product assortment, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Get Your Hands On:

• Oversee the Flower category's product range, ensuring a diverse and high-quality offering that meets customer needs and preferences.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, florists, and wholesalers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and competitive pricing.
• Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive products, and pricing strategies, ensuring the category remains competitive.
• Source new and innovative products to continually expand and enhance the flower offering on the platform.
• Monitor stock levels, sales trends, and demand to optimize inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal offers that boost sales.
• Track the performance of the Flower category using KPIs, analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to implement improvement strategies.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience by optimizing product displays, offering competitive pricing, and delivering high-quality products.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of all category initiatives.
