Job summary

PrimeLedger Associates in Lusail, Qatar is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at a high-end restaurant. You will create and implement menus, oversee food preparation, and ensure consistently excellent dishes for our guests.

Ideal candidates have fine dining experience, strong leadership, and a flexible schedule for long hours and weekends. Training will be provided for the right person; the role offers a monthly salary of 1600 USD.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in fine dining.
• Ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team.
• Creative menu planning with seasonal ingredients.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Create and design menus that showcase creativity and culinary expertise.
• Oversee all aspects of food preparation including cooking plating and presentation.
• Ensure quality and consistency of all dishes served.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff including chefs cooks and assistants.
• Maintain inventory of food supplies and equipment ordering as needed.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
