Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining setting.
• Culinary degree or equivalent education/training.
• Strong knowledge of cuisines, cooking techniques, and presentation styles.
• Proven leadership with ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Experience in menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of health codes and regulations.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.

Executive Chef - Lusail, Qatar

We are a luxury hotel seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in Lusail, Qatar. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food production and kitchen operations. Your main duties will include menu planning, food costing, staff training and development, and ensuring all meals are prepared to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

Salary

Contract
