Job summary

MUQAWLAT KUWAIT in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations at our automotive dealership. You will prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, forecasts and management accounts while ensuring accurate cash flow and internal controls.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in finance/accounting within automotive dealerships, a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (ACCA/CPA/CMA preferred), and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; professional qualifications such as ACCA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• 7+ years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in an automotive dealership context.
• Strong knowledge of Keyloop/DMS and dealership accounting processes.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations of the dealership.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and management accounts.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, cash flow, receivables and payables.
• Oversee vehicle sales, parts, service, warranty and other dealership financial transactions.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of DMS Keyloop transactions with accounting records.
• Monitor internal controls, financial compliance and audit requirements.
• Analyze dealership profitability and provide financial insights to management.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, suppliers and other external stakeholders.
• Lead and supervise the finance team and ensure timely completion of financial activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate reconciliation of DMS Keyloop transactions with accounting records

Mandatory Requirements:

• Automotive dealership experience is mandatory.
• Ability to speak both English and Arabic.
• Candidate must be currently in Qatar with a valid QID.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as ACCA/CPA/CMA are preferred.
