Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Finance Executive to manage accounts payable and fixed asset accounting within dealership operations. You will supervise supplier invoices, reconcile ledgers, and ensure accurate financial reporting while coordinating insurance, tax compliance and internal controls.

The role involves supporting audits, improving processes, and working closely with Sales and Aftersales to uphold corporate policies and robust day-to-day financial management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience working with ERP systems is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to financial accuracy and detail.
• Ability to coordinate across Finance, HR and other functions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise accounts payable cycle including supplier invoice verification, coding, approvals and payment processing.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations for supplier accounts and AP-related GL balances.
• Maintain fixed asset records and monitor depreciation.
• Coordinate corporate insurance management and employee medical insurance administration.
• Support audits and implement internal controls improvements.
• Use ERP systems to support financial processing and reporting.
