Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive seeks a detail-oriented Cost Clerk to support the After Sales service location with accurate financial administration, cash handling, invoicing, and reconciliations. The role involves coordinating with Finance teams and ensuring timely reporting.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and at least 2 years of experience in cash handling or accounting support, with a preference for SAP proficiency. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Strong accuracy and attention to detail when handling transactions, calculations, and records.
• Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate with customers and internal teams.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of IT systems, especially SAP, would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash, down payments, cheque receipts, cash desk collections, and invoicing accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and submit daily cash, cheque, and reconciliation reports to the Accounts and Finance teams.
• Deposit cash and cheques in the bank in line with company procedures.
• Maintain petty cash, prepare petty cash vouchers, and ensure sufficient petty cash availability.
