Job summary

Arab Solutions is seeking a Field Support Staff to manage, maintain, and support end users’ assets, including hardware and software, during the contract period. You will perform software and OS installations, hardware setups, and printer/scanner support, while adhering to ITIL policies and delivering VIP end-user assistance.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and support end users' assets (hardware/software).
• Install software including Office, OS, and standard images.
• Install hardware: PC setup, printers, scanners, devices.
• Conduct workplace surveys (assets, users, locations, apps).
• Follow ITIL policies and procedures for end-user support.
• Prepare reports on end-user support calls and VIP support.
