Job summary

Vistas Global is seeking an experienced professional to support FI cross-sell activation across Turkey and Egypt. The role involves analyzing client portfolios, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and enabling operating model, onboarding, product, and monitoring enhancements.

The incumbent will help develop scalable capabilities to increase penetration of Lending, GTB, Cash Management, and GM solutions within existing and prospective FI clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Institutions, GTB, Global Markets, Lending, or Transformation roles.
• Exposure to client onboarding, operating model redesign, or cross-sell initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze FI portfolios to identify cross-sell opportunities and revenue potential.
• Assess product utilization, client penetration, and wallet share gaps.
• Support development of business cases and growth initiatives.
• Gather and document business requirements across Coverage, GTB, GM, and related areas.
• Assist in designing target operating models and client engagement frameworks.
• Map end-to-end onboarding, fulfillment, and monitoring processes and identify efficiency gains.
• Coordinate implementation of approved enhancements and monitor benefits.
