You will help analyze opportunities, identify target segments, and enable capability deployment across digital platforms and operating models.

The role focuses on attracting international wealth flows into the bank's Qatar and Switzerland booking centers, collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving client journey

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investments, Business Analysis, Product Management, or Banking Transformation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Private Banking portfolios, deposits, investment penetration, and wealth trends.
• Identify high-potential prospects and target wealth segments.
• Support development of client personas and acquisition strategies.
• Conduct market and competitor benchmarking.
• Gather and document requirements for new investment, lending, and advisory solutions.
• Assist in developing differentiated Private Banking propositions.
• Proactive ideas and solutions to the business lead.
• Support RM coverage and productivity frameworks.
• Assist in defining training and capability development requirements.
• Support implementation of advisory processes and portfolio review frameworks.
• Analyze current client journeys and identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Support implementation of digital wealth platform capabilities.
• Assist in designing onboarding, advisory, servicing, and investment execution journeys.
• Coordinate with Private Banking, Investments, Product, Digital, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Support implementation of strategic growth initiatives.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops.
• Develop dashboards and reports tracking AUM growth, investment penetration, wealth acquisition, and RM productivity.
• Monitor outcomes against strategic objectives.
• Provide analytical insights to support business decision-making.
