Job summary
Nair Systems is seeking a Wholesale Business Analyst for our Qatar operations. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of experience in banking/finance, with strong skills in requirements gathering, BRD documentation, process mapping, and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in banking/financial services.
- Experience in Business Analysis, Trade Finance, Cash Management, or Digital Transformation.
- Proven ability to gather requirements, map processes, create BRDs, and implement solutions.
- Exposure to corporate or wholesale banking environments, preferably in Qatar/GCC.
Responsibilities
- Analyze transaction banking processes and identify revenue and cost optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate with clients, operations, product, and tech teams to deliver solutions.
- Support digital initiatives, automation, and onboarding of transaction banking platforms.
- Document requirements, write BRDs and user stories, and validate with stakeholders.
- Deliver dashboards and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
