Job summary

Marriott International / Le Méridien is seeking a non-management, full-time hospitality professional to ensure seamless service in the dining area at Lusail, Qatar. You will help open/close operations, keep work areas clean, and support guests with professional communication and attentiveness.

Responsibilities include monitoring seating, safety, guest well-being, and assisting management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff work together to provide optimum service and meet guest needs.
• Complete opening and closing duties and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, safety and guest well-being.
• Report incidents to management and Loss Prevention when they occur.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and motivation; act as a role model.
