Job summary

Euro Staffs in Doha, Qatar, seeks a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead our culinary and service teams. You will be responsible for the overall operation of all dining outlets, bars, banquets, and kitchen operations, ensuring an unforgettable guest experience while maximizing profitability.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management or Business, with 3–5 years in F&B management, strong financial skills, and proficiency with POS systems (Micros, Toast, Aloha).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage management in high-volume settings.
• Certifications: ServSafe or local Food Handler; TIPS preferred.
• Strong financial acumen (P&L, budgeting, forecasting).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets (restaurants, bars, room service, banquet facilities).
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP/Local Health Codes).
