Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate with servers and restaurant managers to optimize seating.
• Inform guests of menu specials, promotions, and estimated waiting times.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception/hostess station.
• Handle guest complaints or special requests courteously and escalation when necessary.
• Monitor table turnover and seating availability.
• Ensure VIP guests and special occasions receive appropriate attention.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional grooming and presentation.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
