Job summary

Atkins Réalis in Doha seeks a senior professional to lead the development of enterprise reporting systems and dashboards across programs and assets, aligning with organizational objectives.

You will strengthen governance, monitoring, and evaluation, build internal capacity in reporting and data analytics, and advise on high-value engagements with stakeholders to drive performance and maturity of project delivery.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or Architecture or equivalent.
• Chartered status or Professional License from internationally recognized institutions.
• Minimum of 25 years postgraduate experience in major infrastructure projects or programmes.
• 5 years in Qatar and/or Gulf region.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of enterprise reporting systems and dashboards.
• Coordinate data warehouse-based dashboards and ensure data quality.
• Advise on governance, monitoring, and evaluation across programmes.
• Develop tools for planning, reporting, and performance management.
• Represent EPMO in stakeholder engagements; promote best practices.
