Avanta Works in Doha, Qatar is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the kitchen team and ensure exceptional dining experiences. You will oversee day-to-day operations, design menus, manage stock, and uphold strict food safety standards in line with health and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of Executive Chef experience, strong leadership, creativity in menu development, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
• Excellent understanding of food hygiene regulations.
• Strong management skills.
• Creative approach to menu development.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of nutrition principles.
