The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a similar role, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering creative, ingredient-driven cuisine.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as an executive chef or sous chef in a professional kitchen setting.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Ability to delegate tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Extensive knowledge of international cuisines.
• Creative cooking abilities.

Responsibilities
