Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Executive Chef in high-volume setting.
• Extensive knowledge of Indian and Egyptian cuisines.
• Leadership and supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create menus reflecting Indian/Egyptian cuisine.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet high quality standards.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper food handling and preparation techniques.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and seasonal specials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen at all times.
