Executive Chef (Indian/Egyptian) - Contract Position in Qatar

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar on a contract basis. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations and managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and create menus that reflect the culinary preferences and cultural backgrounds of Indian/Egyptian cuisine
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high quality standards are met
• Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper food handling and preparation techniques
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and seasonal specials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
