Qatar Airways is seeking an ERP Transformation Manager – Retail Front of House to own the Retail POS platform and related store technology across its multi-site network in Doha. You will drive end-to-end delivery from build to go-live, including data migration, testing, cutover and hypercare support.

The role demands 6+ years in retail store operations or technology, hands-on Oracle Retail Xstore POS / Xstore Office / XOCS, and a track record of successful ERP implementations and omnichannel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 6+ years in relevant roles.
• Direct experience with Oracle Retail Xstore POS / Xstore Office / XOCS or equivalent.
• 6+ years in retail store ops or store tech, with POS ownership.
• 5+ years in business transformation and ERP implementation.
• Delivery through full implementation lifecycle in a live trading environment.

Responsabilités

• Own Retail Front of House end-to-end solution including POS and related store tech.
• Lead data migration across conversion cycles with sign-off.
• Own Front of House test agenda across integration and UAT testing.
• Drive cutover readiness, till hardware, payments, and hypercare.
• Plan and manage high-volume POS rollout across multi-site estate.
• Support omnichannel order flows between stores and eCommerce using OROB.

We are seeking an ERP Transformation Manager – Retail to own the Retail Front of House discipline for Project WAHED. You will be the single accountable business owner for the store-facing retail platform: Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Sale, Xstore Office and XOCS, plus the related store technology estate. You will also own all Front of House data, testing and validation through to go-live and post-go-live support.
