Experience seeks a Quality & Operations Oversight professional to ensure ERP data integrity across all wellness facilities. You will supervise data accuracy, align ERP records with on-site realities, and generate monthly reports for senior leadership.

In this role you will assess trainer effectiveness, monitor safety standards, and drive actionable improvements. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate findings into concrete actions are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control and ERP data integrity checks.
• Ability to compare ERP data with on-site observations.
• Strong analytical skills to detect inconsistencies and gaps.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing quality control checks on ERP data entered by facility staff (equipment counts, sales, attendance, inventory).
• Cross-check ERP records against on-site conditions to reflect reality.
• Analyze performance data across locations to detect issues and gaps.
• Prepare monthly ERP data quality reports for senior leadership.
• Review sales revenue performance across facilities monthly and analyze membership data.
• Identify revenue trends and underperforming facilities or teams and propose improvements.
• Track impact of improvements on future sales and performance.
