Job summary

Confidential Careers seeks an experienced ERP Lead in Qatar to drive the strategy, governance, delivery, and continuous enhancement of a large-scale ERP environment focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and related applications. You will shape digital transformation, optimize business processes, and enable AI-powered capabilities across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in ERP consulting, ERP management, or enterprise applications.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and/or Dynamics AX.
• Proven success leading ERP implementations, integrations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
• Experience managing ERP budgets, external vendors, and technology partners.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, governance, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Knowledge of ERP security, compliance, risk management, reporting, and data governance.
• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics, Agile, Project Management, ITIL, Architecture, or AI-related areas are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the ERP strategy, roadmap, governance framework, and transformation initiatives.
• Lead ERP operations across Finance, Procurement, Budgeting, Human Capital, Payroll, Reporting, and Workflow solutions.
• Oversee ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, enhancements, and application lifecycle management.
• Drive business process improvement and ensure ERP solutions align with organizational objectives.
• Manage ERP budgets, vendors, implementation partners, and service providers.
• Establish robust governance around security, compliance, risk management, and audit requirements.
• Lead the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities, automation solutions, and Microsoft Copilot technologies.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing ERP team while fostering collaboration across business and technology stakeholders.
