Job summary

Vodafone CU is seeking an experienced engineer for enterprise fixed operations support in Doha, Qatar. You will close technical complaints within SLA, log customer interactions in CRM, and coordinate with field teams and vendors to ensure timely resolutions.

The role requires an engineering degree in telecommunications and relevant certifications (ITIL/PRINCE2, Alcatel NRS1/NRS2 or Cisco equivalents). 24x7 support and adherence to SOPs are essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in telecommunications.
• ITIL or PRINCE2 certifications preferred.
• Alcatel NRS1/NRS2 or Cisco‑equivalent certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to close enterprise fixed and managed service complaints within SLA.
• Log every customer interaction in CRM and identify root causes for technical tickets.
• Ensure inventory is tracked and field/vendor SOPs followed.
• Perform regular health checks to avoid outages.
• Handle 1st level activities including 24x7 coverage, troubleshooting, and field-visit booking.
• Monitor SLAs across field vendors and close trouble tickets within 24 hours.

Education

Engineering degree in telecommunications
