Job summary

QNB Group in Doha is seeking an experienced Head of Quality Assurance to ensure the quality and reliability of digital banking services, including online banking platforms, mobile apps, and other digital channels and products. You will lead the QA strategy and operations within the Retail Digital Business Department.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, ideally within a highly rated international bank.
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university, preferably in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Information Technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with the bank’s digital transformation goals.
• Lead and manage the QA team and coordinate with project delivery departments; monitor performance and KPIs.
• Oversee test plans and automated testing; ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate QA throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including AML, data protection, and risk management.
