Job summary

Hayat Universal School (HUBS) in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a PR/Registration Officer (Arab Female) for full-time, on-site employment for 2026/2027. The role spans PR and registration, with a focus on maintaining records and supporting enrollment targets.

The officer will coordinate registration schedules, manage student data, and provide excellent public relations support to parents and staff, while ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 22 to 35 years old and in good physical health.
• 3+ years of experience in administration affairs.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (reading, speaking and writing).
• Ability to work with children and adults in a pleasant, cooperative manner.
• Timely, accurate performance with attention to detail.
• Proactive with a positive attitude.
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision and self-motivation.
• Highly organized with multi-tasking ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate registration schedules with teaching staff.
• Maintain student records and update the database.
• Provide PR and registration support and sales assistance to parents.
• Prepare periodic reports for registration and PR activities.
• Assist with licensing and accreditation documentation.
• Ensure smooth communication with parents and school staff.
