Job description

At CodiPlay, we’re not just selling a product — we’re bringing digital education into classrooms where it’s still new and unfamiliar. Our Qatar team is opening doors one school at a time.

This role is at the heart of that mission. You’ll be the one calling schools, meeting principals, lead teachers, and school managers, running workshops, and turning conversations into signed contracts. Once a school says yes, you’ll also make sure their first experience is smooth and confident.

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to hustle, learn fast, and thrive in the field. If you’re excited by the idea of building something from scratch — and you’re not afraid to pick up the phone or knock on a door — this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Open New Doors and Build Relationships

Reach out to schools via phone, visits, and local networks to start new conversations.

Meet with school stakeholders — principals, lead teachers, and school managers — to pitch CodiPlay’s solution.

Run on-site workshops where students experience our curriculum, helping school leaders see its real value.

2. Close Deals and Support First Steps

Move leads through our structured sales process: meetings → workshops → proposals → contracts.

Finalize pricing and agreements, coordinate CodiKit delivery, and support first-week onboarding.

Make sure schools feel confident as they start their first CodiPlay classes.

3. Build the Market, Not Just the Pipeline

Be our eyes and ears on the ground — capturing school feedback, blockers, and opportunities.

Support customer success when needed, solving problems directly with schools to keep things moving.

Pitch in wherever it’s needed — even if it’s outside your “job description.” In a new market, we all do everything to make it work.

Share insights with the Country Manager and broader team to improve how we grow in Qatar.

What You’ll Get

Global Team Experience

Work with teammates from Egypt, Korea, Kazakhstan, and more — and grow your global mindset every day.

Startup Velocity

Things move fast here. You’ll help build real processes, not just follow them.

Market-Entry Opportunity

Play a key role in launching a business in a new country — a rare, high-impact experience.

B2B Communication Exposure

Gain firsthand experience communicating with school leaders and government stakeholders.

Who You Are

You’re a Fast Learner : You won’t know everything on Day 1 — but you’re ready to ask questions, absorb feedback, and get better every week.

You’re a Team Player : You know personal talent matters — but lasting wins only happen when people work together.

You Take Initiative : You don’t wait around to be told what to do. You get started, and you figure things out as you go.

You’re Resilient : When a school says no or doesn’t answer, you don’t give up. You try again, or try something new.

You’re a Strong Communicator : You know how to build trust with school staff — whether that’s on the phone, in email, or face-to-face.

You’re Outcome-Driven : You care more about getting schools signed and classes started than about sticking narrowly to your job description.

You’re Comfortable in the Field : You’re ready to be out there — visiting schools, running workshops, and solving problems in person.

You Make Things Work — Whatever It Takes : Whether it’s sales, support, or something unexpected, you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and make it happen.
