Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma or equivalent in the relevant technical field.
• Proven experience as a vocational instructor or similar role, preferably in engineering or technical education.
• Instructional design skills with ability to develop teaching materials and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging vocational training sessions across the Vocational Training Program.
• Serve as SME for vocational courses and contracted courses with accurate content.
• Develop and update teaching materials, lesson plans, presentations, handouts, and assessments.
• Develop and utilize modern teaching methodologies and technologies to create dynamic learning experiences.
• Collaborate with instructional teams to integrate strategies and feedback.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to support progress.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Stay informed about industry trends to update content.
• Participate in professional development to enhance teaching skills.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
