Job summary

BSL, through the Engineering Logistics Portal (ELP) Operator role, manages Typhoon repairable assets and oversees QA gates, engineering tasking and repair scheduling for forward deployed assets in the QEAF fleet.

The position requires strong supply chain awareness within maintenance operations, ability to coordinate with engineering, procurement and line maintenance, and to drive performance improvements while ensuring safety and compliance with Part M/145 governance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of an operational supply chain in a Continuous Airworthiness Organisation.
• Strong relationships with maintenance operations and related functions.
• Understand constraints and lead times for ML2/ML4 activity; proactive planning.
• Continuous improvement and capability development are integral.
• Analytical and planning skills with ability to use IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage ML2/ML4 assets through Engineering Portal and Quality Checks.
• Coordinate with Part M engineer, Repairs Inventory Planner and Repair Scheduler.
• Facilitate repairs and scheduling to meet the QEAF fleet requirements.
• Liaise with inventory planning, procurement and maintenance to resolve supply constraints.
• Provide reporting and performance metrics to senior management.
