• Coordinates and distributes work orders to technical staff.
• Ensures timely distribution of documents and information.
• Arranges internal and external appointments.
• Translates incoming mails and documents as needed.
• Maintains safekeeping and filing of contracts and records.
• Assists in maintaining regional files.
• Follows up on monthly reporting of other hotels within the region.
• Supervises stationery usage in the engineering department.
• Oversees use of the photocopy machine.
• Supports the regional director of engineering as required.
• Ensures merchandise is stored under optimal conditions and ready for issuing.
• Verifies quantities of arriving materials.
• Prepares and maintains a complete inventory system with labels and stock details.
• Ensures that store issues are made against proper requisitions and signed.
• Records each requisition and logs.
• Verifies the reorder point against physical quantities.
• Prepares a monthly store inventory report.
