Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group in Doha seeks an Engineering Facility Administrator to support the Engineering Department with day-to-day admin tasks and storekeeping for the engineering inventory. • Experience in administrative tasks and inventory control within an engineering department.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and distribute work orders to technical staff and perform day-to-day secretarial tasks (typing, filing, telexes, faxes, phones).
• Arrange internal and external appointments and translate incoming mails and documents as needed.
• Maintain safekeeping and filing of contracts and energy reports; assist in regional file maintenance.
• Verify quantities of arriving materials and ensure storeroom requisitions are properly completed and signed.
• Prepare a monthly store inventory report and follow accounting rules for store-keeping.
