Job summary

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants in Doha, Qatar seeks an Engineering Facility Administrator to support the Engineering Department with administrative tasks and storekeeping of engineering inventory. This role involves coordinating work orders, document handling, appointment scheduling, translation, and meticulous inventory control.

You will assist regional reporting, maintain storeroom records, and ensure proper stock levels and ordering processes.

Qualifications

• Coordinates and distributes work orders to technical staff and handles day-to-day secretarial tasks.
• Distributes documents, letters, telexes, faxes, memos and information on time.
• Arranges internal and external appointments.
• Translates incoming mails and documents as needed.
• Maintains storeroom inventory labels and stock levels.
• Prepares monthly store inventory reports.

Responsibilities
