Job summary

Nakilat is seeking an Employee Relations professional to maintain and improve ER policies, provide day-to-day ER services, and coordinate payroll with Finance. The role involves handling employee records, responding to inquiries, and assisting in policy communication across the workforce.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in HR/ER, familiarity with HR-ERP systems (SAP), and a Diploma in HR or related field. Prior experience in a similar industry is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR or related field (required).
• 4–6 years of related experience in employee relations or HR roles.
• Knowledge of HR-ERP systems and HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to review, update and enhancements of ER policies and procedures.
• Provide day-to-day employee relations services per policy.
• Coordinate payroll activities with Finance for monthly salaries and allowances.
• Assist in communicating updated policies to Nakilat employees.
• Prepare memos, letters and employment agreements as needed.
• Support audits and respond to audit findings.
