ARITA Solutions W.L.L is seeking a Senior Techno Business Analyst to support E-Channels with a focus on Open Banking APIs, Corporate Online Banking, Cash Management, and Payments. You will analyze requirements, create test cases, and coordinate with IT teams in a banking environment in Doha, Qatar.

The role requires deep knowledge of banking systems, API testing, and regulatory data protection, with a track record of delivering complex implementations under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in computer science Computer Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 8 years in banking IT with 4 years in corporate online/mobile banking implementations.
• At least 3 years analyzing and testing APIs including Open Banking APIs.
• Experience reviewing BRS and preparing test cases; strong data protection awareness.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and test APIs, Open Banking APIs, and associated banking platforms.
• Review and prepare Business Requirements Specifications and test cases.
• Prepare technical analysis documents and track defect life cycle.
• Coordinate with analysts and programmers to design and develop banking systems.
• Support incidents, investigations, and timely fixes; ensure data confidentiality.

Job Purpose Summary

Education

Experience Requirements

Minimum of 8 years in the Banking experience within IT Department with minimum 4 years in implementation of Corporate online Mobile banking and Retail Internet Mobile banking Proven experience with minimum 3 years in analyzing and testing APIs Open Banking APIReviewing and preparing Business Requirement Specification and prepare the test cases exploring all aspects of the scope Strong knowledge in Payment Swift Standards Good Knowledge with Equation Core Banking system Reviewing BRS and prepare the technical analysis document and test cases exploring all aspects of the scope Support customer incidents and investigations Defect life cycle Management and execution status reporting Proven experience in Banking solutions in SIT UAT testing Experience in test scope analysis and regression testing Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality Consult and coordinate with systems analysts and programmers to design and develop business systems Track and document changes to business specifications Create and assist others in the writing of user documentation instruction procedures and training Prepare systems business cycle specifications and manage output and controls of calculations and postings Follow up on any system incidents and arrange coordinate for fixes on timely manner Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment Excellent business process analysis and mapping Teamwork and sync with reporting hierarchy Customer service oriented Strictly adhere to banks ethics and code of conduct Ability to effectively interact at all levels in the bank and outside contacts Planning and organizing ability Handling assigned task with commitment and responsibility Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality
