Job summary

Path2Success in Doha, Qatar seeks a Delivery Driver to operate the assigned vehicle safely and deliver orders on time while maintaining vehicle cleanliness.

You will liaise with Fleet teams to schedule maintenance, ensure 100% stock loading, and deliver accurately. Daily customer interactions aim to maximize satisfaction and support warehouse, logistics, and sales stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Operates assigned vehicle in safe and courteous manner.
• Keeps the assigned vehicle clean inside and outside.
• Immediately reports any accident or incident to the management.
• Liaises with the Fleet Administrator and Fleet Technical to schedule major and minor periodic maintenance.
• Responsible for ensuring 100% loading of the dedicated stocks
• Ensures accurate and timely delivery of picked orders
• Plans the efficient delivery sequence for the consigned load (with Delivery Assistant)
• Ensures all supporting delivery documentations are accurately processed and handled.
• Ensures adherence to health & safety procedures
• May be required to liaise with representatives from Sales Division
• May be required to liaise with the Document Controllers within Logistics
• Interfaces with Warehouse and Distribution staff
• On a daily basis acts as interface with the customer at the point of delivery
• Through positive interaction and responsiveness, ensures customer satisfaction
• Jointly with the Delivery Assistant, is responsible for the daily supervision of supply laborers
• Identifies needs and improvement opportunity for efficient and maximized cube fill utilization, trips and drops output and provides information to next level in order to facilitate change or improvement
• Mentor new drivers and delivery assistants whenever required.
