Job summary

Aamotors is seeking a Delivery Coordinator responsible for registering, explaining production details, and delivering new vehicles to customers through a standardized delivery process designed to maximize customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include verifying documents, coordinating appointments, obtaining customer acceptance, handing over keys and documents, and maintaining accurate SAP records and delivery records to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field.
• Strong Excel skills, including report creation and data tracking.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask across competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience; Automotive industry exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Verify new vehicle delivery documents for correctness and completion.
• Verify delivery documents match vehicle information (color, model) and ensure vehicle is ready for customer collection.
• Arrange customer appointments and distribute delivery schedule to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Obtain customer acceptance prior to vehicle registration.
• Provide registration documents to VRIU Traffic Representative and verify post-registration accuracy.
• Update registration data in SAP and perform vehicle handover with SAP gate pass.
• Capture vehicle photos and ensure scanning of delivery via LMS app.
• Communicate any vehicle faults to Sales to inform the customer.
• Hand over gate pass, keys and AAM gifts to customers.
• Ensure related delivery files and records are updated and maintained.

Responsible for registration, production explanation and delivery of new vehicles to AAM customers through a standardize vehicle delivery process that aims to achieve customer satisfaction.

Principal Accountabilities

• Verify new vehicle delivery documents for correctness and completion. Verify vehicle data matches SAP including vehicle correction, if any.
• Verify delivery documentsmatchphysical information of newvehiclesincluding color, model etc. Ensure that vehicle is ready for customer collection.
• Arrange customerappointmentsand ensure efficient distribution of delivery schedule with the goal of customer satisfaction.
• Obtain customer acceptance prior to vehicle registration.
• Provide registration documents to VRIU Traffic Representative for vehicle registration. After the vehicle is registered, verify the registration cardmatches the delivery documentsand number platephysically.
• Update registration data in SAP.PerformVehicle Handover and create SAP gate pass.Issuewarrantybooklets.
• Provide complete explanationofvehicle features tocustomers. Ensure that all questions related to the new vehicle are well handled.
• Report any vehicle fault to the Sales team immediately to communicate with the customer.
• Hand over gate pass, key andAAM Giftsto customer.
• Capture vehicle photos (all sides) and ensure vehicle isscanned(Yard out to customer)viaLMSapp.
• Ensure that all registration cards related to bank and in-house deals are properly submitted to the Finance Department in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all related delivery files and records (Conclusion, Finance, Scanned Delivery Documents, etc.) are accurately updated and maintained.
