BOSS Built Environment in Doha, Qatar seeks an experienced CEO for the downstream oil and gas business. You will own end‑to‑end operations across refining, marketing, trading, distribution, and retail, with full P&L accountability on a global scale.

You will drive margins, supply reliability, and regulatory compliance while leading capital discipline and environmental performance across markets. This role is based in Doha and centers on strategic, enterprise‑level leadership.

Qualifications

• Senior executive leadership experience in large‑scale downstream oil and gas businesses.
• Track record of leading refining, marketing, trading, distribution, or retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute downstream strategy to maximize margins and value.
• Oversee refinery operations for cost efficiency, yields, and compliance.
• Provide executive leadership over product marketing, trading, pricing, and sales strategies.
• Ensure reliable movement of products across terminals, pipelines, and depots.
• Drive customer‑centric strategies strengthening brand and channel performance.
• Manage downstream capital investment and cost control to grow margins.
