Job summary

Woopel in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead all hotel operations and deliver exceptional guest service. You will oversee front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and guest experiences, while driving revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel management or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
• Proven track record of increasing revenue and profitability in previous roles.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing personalized service and resolving any guest issues promptly.
• Train and supervise staff to maintain high-quality standards across all departments.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial reports to ensure profitability targets are met.
• Collaborate with other department heads to create a positive work environment and maintain efficient operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety standards, and maintenance needs are met.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed.
